Unfortunately this is currently not yet possible. But we are happy to help you change this and we are fully committed to helping your employer implement timewise. Just send us the contact information of your employer at info@timewise.ch.
A company pays a fixed amount per month to use timewise. The amount is derived by the number of the company´s employees.
Your savings are secured at any time. The savings can be transfered to your new employer given he is a customer of timewise. Should this not be the case yet, the savings will be paid out via your employer.
The employee can at any time inform himself via the timewise portal about the current savings. In addition to this (s)he can inform himself about personal data, saving plan or extent to which set target are already achieved.
We know that the reason for a professional time-out is very individual and therefore the reason for the time-out can be chosen freely. Reasons for a professional time-out can for example be the following:
- Paternity leave
- Travel
- Further education
- Family time
- Maternity leave
- Time for yourself
- Time for special projects
- Nursing care for relatives
- Part-time reduction for limited time
For swiss employers, which are aware that the war for talents and being an attractive employer is crucial nowadays. timewise offers these companies to make a difference and be seen as a truely attractive employer leading to lower fluctuation costs.
